How to Buy an Ethically Bred Puppy in Thailand
1) Conduct your research to determine the breed of puppy you want to buy.
Take a look at our AVAILABLE PUPPIES for information about the most populare breeds we sell. There is plenty of information on the internet about the pros & cons of each breed. You can also search to see which dog are be best for ______ (you fill in the blank) etc.
2) Complete the Puppy Application Form
Complete the Online Puppy Application Form. This will help us pick the puppies we feel will best meet your specific physical, personality, gender, pedigree, registration and budget requirements. This will take you less than 5 minutes and it will help us, help you, find the right puppy faster.
3) Have a face to face video chat (or phone call) with us.to discuss your specific needs.
We want to make sure we are clear about your special needs and requirements, and we also want ot make sure you are clear about the special requirements that go hand in hand with raising the breed you choose. This is also a good time you to mention any special questions or concerns you may have. Worried about talking to someone you don't know? Check out the "About Us" page and get to know us a bit before you call, if that make you feel more at ease.
4) We'll send you pictures/videos of potential puppies, their parents, pedigree information, etc.
We will give you several options to choose from that we feel best meet the pricing, pedigree, and any other specific requirements you have outlined.
5) Tell us which puppy or puppies you are most interested in.
We will have a video chat with the puppy's breeder to verify all of the information we have on the puppy and it's parents are correct and uptodate. We will then get more pictures and videos for you to confirm your decision.
6) Place a 50% deposit for the puppy
In most cases it will still be 1-3 weeks before the puppy can be separated from its mother and delivered to your home. Don't worry, will send you updates, pictures and/or videos of the puppy every other day of so you can track his/her development progress. We may also just let you video chat with the breeder so you can see your pup in real time.
7) Arrange delivery or pick up of the puppy
Our breeders are located all over Thailand. Whenever possible, we'll try to book your puppy from a breeder close to your home in order to reduce the cost and difficulty of the delivery or pick up. Frequently however the puppy will need to be delivered 100s or in some cases 1000s of kilometers, and we have several pet taxis we can introduce you to for this purpose. Or you are ALWAYS welcome to go pick the puppy up yourself in you prefer do so.. Note: we never fly young puppies on domestic flights as it very traumatic and potentially dangerous for them.
8) Make final payment for the puppy and wait for him/her to arrive at your doorstep.
The breeder and the driver will need to be paid in full before the driver will leave his home to go pick the puppy up for you. This is usually two or three days, before the puppy will arrive at your home. Most pet taxis will stay in touch with you while the puppy is in route, sending you pictures and/or videos along the way.
9) Give us your feedback.
